Cabbage Party

Hello again! It’s been a while since my last blog post, been pretty busy with school, and extra curriculars – feels so good to be back and writing this 🙂

Today was the first time I made cabbage rolls, usually my mom makes them, and I just eat them haha

It was like making GIANT shrimp rolls…

..except instead of spring roll wrappers, you use cabbage..

..and instead of shrimp, we used ground pork, onions, carrots, raisins, leek, brown rice, and an egg…

.. and instead of frying them, you pour lots of tomato sauce, and bake them..

.. haha so maybe shrimp rolls and cabbage rolls aren’t as similar as I thought.

Yes, I ate all of those tofu slices..
